Registration Fee: $100 per student (nonrefundable)

Technology Fee: $25 per family (nonrefundable)

Connect Ed. Fee: $5 per student

( If the above fees are not paid by the due date, Thursday

March 29th, the student's registration will not be saved.)

Blue & Gold Raffle Tickets: (3 tickets per family)- $150.00

(Payment due by June 1st 2012-if not paid, tuition will be

assessed for $150.00)

Extended Care: $6.00 per hour

1. St.Bernard's Parish members must be active members in the Parish.

2. Active members from Contributing Parishes will have the $200.00

parish reimbursement deducted when the money is received from the parish.

3. With tuition being a large part of the school budget, the refund policy is:

If you begin a new quarter, you must pay for it. No refund given for 4th quarter.

Our Non-Discrimination Policy:

St. Bernard's Elementary School, in accepting students, follows a policy of non-discrimination on the basis of race, sex, national origin, age (in accordance with the laws of Massachusetts), and with reasonable accommodations, any handicapping conditions. However our school does give enrollment preference to children attending the school, to siblings of students in attendance, children of St. Bernard's Parish, and then to those on the waiting list.

Notes: TUITION for the 2011-2012 school year will be paid by:

Option 1- Single payment due by July, 2011 (3% discount)

Option 2- Two payment plan due July1, 2011 and December 1, 2011 (2% discount)

Option 3- FACTS monthly payment plan. Payments will be budgeted over a 10 month plan beginning in August,2011.

You may choose the 5th or the 20th of the month to make your monthly payment ( If you choosse the FACTS PROGRAM,

forms will be sent to you. )
